Return Policy

At Cedar Mountain Stone & Mulch, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our landscape and hardscape supply materials. If you need to return any materials, please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • Palletized Material: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned palletized materials.

  • Pick-Up Fee: If we need to pick up the material, a pick-up fee will be charged. The fee amount will be determined based on the location and quantity of the material.

  • Condition of Material: Materials must be returned in the same method they were shipped and sold. Full layers must be returned as full layers, and the material must be accessible and able to be offloaded by our staff via forklift.

  • Documentation: You must provide a copy of your sales order or receipt at the time of return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide details about the material you wish to return and your original sales order or receipt.

  2. Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned material to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  3. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned palletized materials.

  4. Pick-Up Arrangements: If we need to pick up the material, we will coordinate the pick-up and inform you of the applicable pick-up fee.

  5. Refund: Once the material has been inspected and approved for return, we will process your refund, minus the restocking and pick-up fees.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders and special-order materials, are non-returnable. Please check with our customer service team for more information.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Returned materials must be in their original condition and packaging.
